1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Synaptic AI products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for:

  • Personal or commercial projects
  • Single developer use (one license per developer)
  • Unlimited projects and applications

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product
  • Share your license with other developers
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices
  • Use the product for illegal purposes
  • Claim the product as your own work

4. Student Licenses

Academic discounts are available for students with valid educational email addresses. Student licenses are subject to the same terms and restrictions as regular licenses. We reserve the right to verify student status.

5. Product Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment confirmation. Download links expire after 10 minutes for security purposes. If you need a new download link, contact support.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent product use (we will attempt to resolve first)
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Product not delivered within 24 hours

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

  • Free updates for the current major version
  • Email support for technical issues
  • Access to documentation and community resources

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synaptic AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our products and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.

第1条（本規約の適用）

Synaptic AI製品を購入・使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、製品を購入・使用しないでください。

第2条（ライセンスの付与）

購入後、以下の用途で製品を使用できる非独占的、譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します：

  • 個人または商用プロジェクトでの使用
  • 単一開発者による使用（1ライセンスにつき1名）
  • 無制限のプロジェクトおよびアプリケーションでの使用

第3条（禁止事項）

以下の行為を禁止します：

  • 製品の再配布、転売、またはサブライセンス
  • 他の開発者とのライセンス共有
  • 著作権表示の削除または改変
  • 違法な目的での使用
  • 製品を自身の著作物として主張すること

第4条（学生ライセンス）

有効な教育機関のメールアドレスをお持ちの学生は学割価格で購入可能です。 学生ライセンスも通常ライセンスと同じ条件および制限が適用されます。 当社は学生資格を確認する権利を保有します。

第5条（製品の配信）

製品は決済確認後、直ちにメールでデジタル配信されます。 セキュリティ上の理由から、ダウンロードリンクは10分で期限切れとなります。 新しいダウンロードリンクが必要な場合は、サポートまでご連絡ください。

第6条（返金ポリシー）

デジタル商品の性質上、原則として全ての販売は最終的なものとなります。 以下の場合を除き、返金には応じかねます：

  • 技術的問題により製品が使用できない場合（まず解決を試みます）
  • 誤って重複購入した場合
  • 24時間以内に製品が配信されない場合

第7条（アップデートとサポート）

ライセンスには以下が含まれます：

  • 現行メジャーバージョンの無料アップデート
  • 技術的問題に対するメールサポート
  • ドキュメントおよびコミュニティリソースへのアクセス

第8条（保証の否認）

本製品は「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。 エラーフリーまたは中断のない動作を保証するものではありません。

第9条（責任の制限）

当社は、本製品の使用に起因または関連して生じた間接的、付随的、特別、または結果的損害について、 いかなる場合も責任を負いません。

第10条（解除）

本規約に違反した場合、当社はライセンスを解除する権利を保有します。 解除後は、本製品の使用を中止し、全てのコピーを削除する必要があります。

第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。 本規約に関する紛争は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
